THE BRIEF

Coastal Storm is one of Baxter Brewing’s year-round double IPAs. Baxter wanted packaging that captured the brutal wind and waves of New England weather: a can that feels as heavy-hitting as the beer inside.

THE APPROACH

Lighthouses, wave forms, and a moody coastal palette, studied from multiple angles and vantage points to put the viewer inside the storm.

THE WORK

The final design was a 16 oz tallboy can that brings Coastal Storm’s New England weather to the shelf.
